Our diving center always provides services at the highest level so that our customers are satisfied with their diving and service. In order to maintain a high level of service and ensure our customers’ availability, we require reservations and partial prepayment. However, we realize that in life not everything always turns out as we want and sometimes you have to change your plans. That is why we have prepared a clear booking and cancellation policy.
Booking a place on a trip involves making a prepayment in the amount indicated by an employee of the company. Only effective payment is equivalent to booking a seat. No prepayment means no reservation, regardless of other arrangements with the company’s employees. In the absence of a confirmed booking, the company is not obliged to provide a place for the tour.
If you want to take part in a diving course, booking a place on the course requires a prepayment. You will arrange the details of the amount of the prepayment with an employee of the company. If your diving course includes PADI e-learning theoretical training, access to the training will be sent to your email address after prepayment.
Due to the fact that tours within the national park require the prior purchase of admission tickets, please be careful when booking, as cancellations will incur a $ 30 booking fee. You can see the exact rules of cancellation below:
Due to the fact that all PADI e-learning diving courses require the purchase of a unique and one-time access code, we cannot accept the return of the PADI e-learning package after registration. However, the registered PADI e-learning course remains your property and you have the option to complete your training elsewhere and at a different time. Due to the above, the cancellation of participation in the diving course at any time after booking will not be subject to a refund of the advance payment.
Any water activity is associated with possible nausea or slight health problems. Therefore, we advise our clients to take a travel sickness remedy before participating in the tour. Medicines for seasickness are always available in our office for an additional fee. However, if, due to discomfort associated with being in the ocean, you choose not to make full use of the tour or dive, unfortunately we will not be able to refund any part of the tour fee.
You must know that we work within the Marino Ballena National Park and the Isla del Cano Biological Reserve. There are many additional obligations and rules that we must follow. One of them is the fixed hours in which we can launch a boat and stay in the national park. Therefore, all our tours start at a specific time and must end by 4pm. If you do not show up at the appointed time or place, unfortunately, the boat will not be able to wait and the trip will start without you. In this case, no refund will be made for the trip, and there will be an additional charge for rescheduling it.
You must remember that it rains during the rainy season. This seems obvious, but it is worth taking into account that during the trip there may be larger waves or heavy rainfall. The final decision about the departure of the boat is made by the captain and his decision is final. If we have to cancel the trip due to weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
