But that’s not the end of the story. In the price you will also receive a high-speed flash drive and our lovely team will transfer all the materials to it as soon as you return from the tour.

Who can rent a GoPro?

Gopro camera rental service is for our clients only and for the duration of the tour only. The condition for renting the camera is that you have a reservation for one of our tours. Rental is only possible on the day of the reservation and during the tour hours. We do not rent cameras for extended periods or to people who do not have a reservation for any of our services. This is a non-negotiable condition.

What is the fee for renting a GoPro?

The above table lists all items and prices for this service. The price is for the rental of working equipment for the duration of the tour.

How do I pay for my GoPro rental?

The rental fee for additional services will be added to the price of the purchased tour and will be collected before the tour begins and the equipment is handed out. Payment can be made by cash or credit card at our office.

Do I have to pay any deposit?

Yes, renting a GoPro camera involves paying a deposit of $500, which serves as security in case of loss or damage to the rented equipment. The deposit is refunded when the working and complete equipment is returned to our office. You can pay the deposit in cash or with a payment card. The deposit is returned in the same form. A deposit is required and is non-negotiable.

What if I lose or damage the equipment?

We hope that this will not happen, however, sometimes you can get unlucky and lose your equipment underwater. Or in some other unfortunate way damage it. In this case, we will charge the price of the damaged or lost item from your deposit based on prices from the official GoPro website. However, due to the cost of shipping and import duty to Costa Rica, we are forced to add 30% to this price.

How can I take the footage with me?

At no extra charge, we will give you a flash drive with all the photos and videos you managed to take during the trip. When you return the equipment to our office, our lovely team will transfer all the material to the flash drive so you can enjoy your footage right away.
